Attendance

When your child is absent for any reason, please do only ONE of the following:

1. Fill in the google form (best option) 
2. Email: sequoiaelemattendance@mdusd.org
3. Call the main office at (925) 935-5721

Include your student's name, teacher, name of person calling and reason for the absence. Thank you
