WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO ALL IN ONE DAY?
1) Parent Agreement and Support Form signed and dated
2) Student Emergency Card printed from Aeries - Homelink once Data Validation is completed

3) Student Medical Form completed and signed
These forms must be turned in at All In One Day to receive your student's teacher's name.
WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND ALL IN ONE DAY?
You must notify the office that you will not be attending AIOD, as we keep a list of students who won't be there.
You may turn in your student's forms (if you have received them in the mail by then) to the office before you leave town, but be aware we will not release the student's teacher's name until Wednesday, August 7th only IF WE HAVE YOUR FORMS.
If we do not have your student's forms prior to the first day of school on Thursday, August 8th, you will need to bring the forms to the office that morning to get your student's teacher's name and room number.
Parents must set up a HomeLink account in order to get your classroom assignment. The access codes and instructions for Kindergarten students are being mailed out in August. If parents of students in other grades need their student(s)' access codes, please contact the school office beginning on August 1st.
